FAQs for Pitch Pals
-
1. How do I sign my child up?We’ve partnered with ClassForKids to provide you with an easy to use, modern and secure online booking system. Utilising this booking system will allow us to focus on making our classes the best they can be, rather than the surrounding admin. You will only need to insert your details once and they'll be stored for all future bookings. You can book anywhere, anytime, on any device, when it's convenient for you. To sign your child up, you simply need to click on the 'Book Class' button at the top of this page or visit https://pitch-pals.class4kids.co.uk Once you find the class you'd like to join, select "info and booking" and follow the steps to create a ClassForKids account (if you don't already have one). You'll automatically be taken straight through to complete your booking and get set up. You can log into your Account at any time to view your bookings, pay and edit your personal details: https://bookings.class4kids.co.uk/dashboard Its really that simple.

2. When can my child start?Weekly classes run throughout the year so subject to availability and meeting the minimum age criteria, your child can start as soon as they'd like.
-
3. How does the subscription work?We strongly believe stability within the group is important for our children, therefore we operate on a membership basis to ensure that the children see familiar faces each time they attend. Your monthly membership/subscription will be taken on the 1st of each month. The subscription will remain in place whilst your child is a member of Pitch Pals. If you join mid-month, your monthly fee (the remainder of that specific month) will be worked out on a pro-rata basis and will be added to your first subscription payment which will be taken on the 1st of the following month. The class fees are an 'averaged' amount based on the number of sessions in that year, and does not reflect a specific number of sessions in each month.
-
4. Is there a sibling discount?Yes we offer a sibling discount of 20% for each additional sibling of your child.
-
5. Do I have to stay for the session? Each child must have an parent/carer with them, who will be responsible for that child. Once a child is settled we may allow for another child’s parent to assume responsibility for your child. However, this is at the Coaches discretion and must be agreed first. Neither the Coach nor Pitch Pals Coaching LLP accepts responsibility for the other parent’s ability to fulfil that role. Please see our Early Years page for more information on what is expected from parents/carers for the sessions.
-
6. Can I bring a baby/toddler to the session as well?Yes, it is fine to bring a younger child to the session. Likewise, feel free to bring an older child to the sessions if necessary (they may even be able to provide assistance to the Coaches in some of the games!)
-
7. When do the sessions take place? Please click on the 'Book Class' to see our current schedule of venues and weekly sessions
-
8. How do we cancel our subscription? If your child no longer wishes to attend their sessions with us you can cancel their membership by emailing us at info@pitchpals.co.uk. There will be a 28-day cancellation period from the date of the received cancellation request. During the 28-day cancellation period you are still able to attend your sessions and any monthly subscriptions that are due within the 28 days will still be taken.
