Hi, I'm Paul - Founder and Head Coach at Pitch Pals. Pitch Pals was created out of a genuine desire to make a positive impact on children’s lives within our local community. Pitch Pals is so much more than just another football coaching provider, we are on a mission to harness the power of football and physical activity to develop, encourage and inspire children of all ages and abilities.
I live here in Surrey with my young family. Coming from a background in Sports Science, with over 20 years experience in the adult education and health and fitness sectors, I saw a meaningful opportunity to create a space where children of all ages and abilities could find joy, connection, and growth through the power of play and movement.
Here at Pitch Pals, we believe that every child deserves a safe, supportive environment to express themselves, discover their potential, and, most importantly, have fun.

Our sessions are designed with a simple philosophy: children learn best when they’re genuinely enjoying themselves. That’s why every Pitch Pals experience is lively, engaging, and filled with purpose-driven play, fostering not only physical skills but also essential social and cognitive development. Children are welcomed into an atmosphere that feels like home, where they are encouraged, nurtured, and celebrated.
As a dad of three, I see Pitch Pals as much more than just coaching—it’s an opportunity to set kids on a path of lifelong physical activity, self-confidence, and teamwork. Through every high-five, laugh, and moment of progress, we aim to inspire a love for movement that lasts a lifetime.

My son attends a weekly Pitch Pals session which he loves. The coaches are amazing with the children. We also just had a Pitch Pals party which was great, coach Kuda and Jay ran a brilliant party and made the birthday boy feel very special.

Cannot recommend Paul & the team at pitch pals enough. Each class was so much fun and well planned to the children’s age level! Pitch Pals ran a party for my daughter's 11th birthday and it was a huge success. From the initial organisation in advance to the actual day of the party all went really smoothly - communication with Pitch Pals was great and the whole thing was super easy! My daughter and her friends had a great time. The two coaches were well organised, energetic and great with the kids. They made it really fun. All equipment was provided and we were able to sit back and relax! Thank you Pitch Pals for a great service!
